It’s green and it’s good for you. And the best part, it doesn’t taste bad.
I always try to sneak things into my kids smoothies . . . even my own smoothies. Sometimes it works – sometimes it doesn’t.
The key is maintaining a smooth smoothie. You don’t want any of the healthy hidden ingredients to get stuck in teeth or deposit themselves along the throat.
Also, they can’t smell overly earthy.
After searching for the perfect greens for our smoothies, I have finally decided on Tropical Traditions Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens. The product tastes sweet, blends EASILY, and doesn’t smell like the good ‘ol earth.
